This cleansing bundle includes 1 small stick of white sage, 1 small stick of blue sage, and 1 stick of palo santo.

When lightning, hold the stick downward at a 45 degree angle and light with a lighter or candle. Let it burn for 15-30 seconds and the blow out the flame. Place it in an abalone shell or heat proof bowl and let it burn.
