Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Shipments may occur on weekend days. Shipments will not occur on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders please expect a delay in shipping. I will work as fast and as diligently as I can to ensure you receive your orders in a timely manner. Please remember that I am only one person (who works nights and attends university full time) running this shop and that your shower caps are made by hand by me. If any delays are to occur I will communicate with you via email or text and inform you of an updated estimate for your orders. *Disclaimer: Delays in delivery may occur due to severe weather, holidays, the COVID-19 pandemic, and natural disasters. Overnight shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery. Overnight shipping is the next day or in 1-2 business days. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Satin Shower Cap Co. currently does not ship to P.O. boxes and FPO. I am hoping to bring this service to the foreseeable future. Shipment confirmation and order tracking A shipping confirmation should be received by the customer within 24 hours or less via email after placing an order. Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer the same day the package is shipped out. Customs, duties, and taxes Satin Shower Cap Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Satin Shower Cap Co. is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipment. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy Satin Shower Cap Co. does not currently ship outside the United States. Refund Policy

Returns Policy Satin Shower Cap Co. does not offer any returns on any of our products. All sales are final and non-refundable. We do however offer an exchange. Please contact me via email to start an exchange. Please save all packaging material and goods in order to exchange. Shipping costs to exchange an item are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges should be sent via USPS. The customer should expect the exchange process to take 3-7 business days.
