Refund Policy

-There will be NO refunds on items unless deemed an extenuating circumstance, which will be determined by the merchant -Exchanges* and store credit will be eligible for all customers -Items MUST be in NEW condition and unworn/unused to be eligible. ----Any items with signs of usage will not be exchanged or receive credit -A request for an exchange or store credit must be made within 5-7 business from the delivery/pick-up date -For all requests, please send an email to [email protected] -Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. This gives the merchant time to review the request and make a decision as necessary. *please note that for exchanges, the customer will be responsible for shipping on the returned item and may be responsible for the shipping on new items as well (unless otherwise specified by the merchant).
