Directions: Shake gently before each use. Apply and massage into the lower abdomen and lower back. For added support, apply to wrists and/or behind ears as well. Use as needed.
For best results, use Daphnis twice per day 3-5 days prior to the start of your menstrual cycle and through to the end of your cycle.
