Processing of your order will take between 2-5 days as all items are handmade. Depending on location, your order can take anywhere from 5-7 days to arrive after processing.
Refund Policy
Don't love it? If you're not 100% satisfied with your products, reach out to info@deepseededroots.com within 14 days of product arrival. Once we receive the product, we will gladly issue you a refund. We currently do not accept exchanges.

Packaging was incredibly gorgeous, bottle is hefty & has a nice frosted effect. Shipped incredibly fast, packaging was secure & neat, all very professional.
Product itself is amazing, has an immediate impact on the skin positively. A little goes a long way, so the price per product amount feels perfect. Very moisturizing, not at all oily, soaks in almost immediately but not in a way where you need to slather more on because you feel dry.
I work 12 hour shifts, the soft moisturized feeling lasts longer than the shift & the dry itching winter skin I have had for years is basically history.
DSR was exceedingly nice in also providing a free full sized sample of an upcoming face wash I will absolutely be integrating into my skincare routine, all over a perfect transaction & I will be buying routinely.
