Shipping Policy
I take about 2 to 3 weeks to create your piece, depending on my orders at the time and the size of your item. I use USPS and send your tracking number once I send them out.
Refund Policy
I do not give 100% refunds on orders. There is an option to send your item back to me if it does not fit correctly. I would be happy to adjust what I made for you.

Ordered a custom pair of timbs from Aviona and could not be more pleased with the final product! Aviona was helpful with suggesting color combinations and offered a variety of sizes. I ended up going with a size close to the infants current age so they could enjoy them right away. Now to order in an adult size!
