Shipping United States Processing time takes 5-10 business days before postage. We ship out USPS first class, usually, your order will arrive to you within 1-3 business days. Once an order has been shipped out we are not responsible for any shipping delays. However, we do insure all of our sent packages, so if your package has been lost or stolen please reach out to us and we will help you with the next steps for recovery or replacement. By not upgrading your shipping you have agreed to the policy listed. We are not giving out any refunds for shipping delays or lost packages. Expedited US Shipping: We do offer expedited shipping for customers who need their product quicker than the standard processing time. UK & Canada Customers Shipping Processing time for UK & Canada customers before postage is one week. Once the item has been sent you can expect your order to be at your door 1-3 weeks from there. All packages come with tracking and are subjected to your country's shipping processing time. Delivery upgrades are available at checkout or can be purchased before dispatch through shop. Refunds And Exchanges Refunds And Exchanges: - All sets are made to order therefore no refunds or exchanges will be given due to hygiene purposes. - Replacement sets or nails will not be given out if you ordered the incorrect nail size, shape or length. We will not give out refunds or remake orders if the length you selected is longer or shorter thane expected or shown in the listing. We will also not give out replacement nails if mostly all of your nails fit but one or two are off. It is your responsibility as the customer to measure your nails correctly and provide us with the measurements. If you need custom sizing for some of your nails please put it in the note section
