They are handpainted which means there might be slight variations in patterns. If there is a color that you want, but is not listed, shoot us a message and let’s see what we can do.

Due to the handmade nature of the items no refunds or exchanges will be granted unless is it an error on the seller’s behalf. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your items so that we may rectify any issues.

Shipping Policy

Products are shipped via USPS Priority so that they are covered with up to $100 insurance. While I do my best to ensure that your items reach you in a timely manner, I cannot guarantee arrival times once shipped. You will be provided a USPS tracking number upon shipment and estimated arrival time. If your package does not arrive in the estimated time, please reach out to the shipper first to begin the claims process, once that has started, please contact me so that we can try to come up with a solution.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of these items, there will be no refund unless it is a seller's error. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your items to ensure a timely and quality solution. If the matter is received after the 48 hour period, we can discuss a discounted rate to replace the product.
