As all items are handmade, most orders will have a 2-3 week production time NOT including shipping. PLEASE take this into consideration when purchasing for specific dates. Rush Orders are permitted for a separate fee. Items marked ONHAND have an 1-2 week processing and shipping time.
Refund Policy
All items are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE. As most custom items are made to your exact measurements, we go buy what numbers you send us. Customers are only allowed to make minor alterations and are responsible for shipping.
