Our pillow covers are made of 100% polyester satin, printed with durable permanent ink that will not fade during washing. These covers have a blind zipper.
**Our pillow covers are NOT paint or pressed with vinyl. They’re dyed and remains soft after image transfer and will not fade or peel when washed.**

**Wash with mild detergent and air dry**

While we try to make every cover the same but due to nature of this being a handmade product small variations may occur in the placement and ink. HOWEVER, these variations does not take away from the beauty in the items.

Shipping Policy

JusBKraft'n ships out of Fayetteville, NC. Currently, we are shipping items within 4 business days. However, custom items take longer. Please place custom orders in a timely manner. **We are in the peak of the holiday season, please order as soon as possible.** If you received your order with damages, please fill out a contact us and we will advise from there. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please have pictures of items and the package it was in. All items must be in new and unused condition. We will not replace items that have already been personalized.

Refund Policy

Due to items being customized, our company does not offer refunds. Sorry for any inconvenience. Also, we cannot and will not offer refunds for transit changes. We can not control shipping times and never "guarantee" a delivery date. We will not refund if the shipper does not deliver on the day you prefer or they initially state they will.
