Products are shipped Monday through Wednesday through the spring and summer seasons to reduce the risk of the product being damaged while in transit holidays may effect shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking once shipped. Shipping prices are based on weight and zone and therefore may vary.
Refund Policy
All sales are FINAL. We can not refund you because you don’t like the fragrance, we provide detailed scents notes for your convenience before making your purchase. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. However if it happens please email a photo of the damaged item(s) and proof of purchase within 24 hours of receiving your product to @[email protected] and we’ll be happy to work with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please email us if you receive notice that your product has been delivered but did not receive it, we will file a claim with the delivery service.
