Shipping Policy
My products will be processed and ready to ship on Friday, each week. Therefore, your orders will always be shipped within 1-5 business days.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted prior to shipping, in order to receive a full refund. Any requests submitted after products have been shipped, must be accompanied by a brief explanation of the product issue. In the event that a product was damaged or lost, in transit, a 50% refund will be provided, if there is proof of lost or damaged products.
