This type of editing will be done in stages. The first stage focuses on larger themes such as plot, characters, setting, etc. After the first round is complete, I will send the piece back to the author to review the edits I made and decide whether or not they want to move on with the second stage. The process will continue like that until the piece is finished, or the writer decides to end the contract.
