Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at my website, The Lash $tash. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow up to a week in additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery fee: table rate shipping which will be based on the final size and weight of your shipment. Free shipping will be available sporadically for orders that meet a certain criteria. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: The Lash $tash ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes: The Lash $tash is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages: The Lash $tash is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Returns Policy: Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Refund Policy
We have a no return no refund policy, the only way this will be reconsidered is if there are extenuating circumstances such as damage to the product before it reaches the customer. To start a return, you can contact me at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return questions at [email protected]. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
