Production typically takes 3-7 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times range from 2 to 5 business days after production depending on the method selected at checkout, but may increase around holiday seasons.
Refund Policy
Each piece is made to order and shipped directly to you, how special! All sales are final and will not be refunded due to the production process. Exceptions can be made for incorrect orders or items that arrive damaged. If your package is lost or stolen, please submit a claim to the mail carrier noted on your tracking information. Once a package is in the hands of a mail carrier, they assume responsibility for incidents of damage, loss, or theft.
