Our processing time is 7-14 business days for Miiriya orders. Business days are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm Mountain Standard Time. All orders ship exclusively through USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Expected delivery time is 2-5 business days. Covid-19 & Holiday shortages may cause unexpected delivery delays October 3 - February 2022.
Refund Policy
We cannot accept returns due to the nature of our goods. All items are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact [email protected] within 10 business days. We accept replacements for damaged or defective items. Body Butters are natural and may melt during transit in warmer weather, but is neither damaged or defective. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund for the price of your item.
