Website orders are shipped to US addresses only. Shipping is provided through USPS and includes insurance. As most items are hand and/or custom made, please allow up to 7 days for items to be created and shipped, plus an additional 2 to 5 day shipping period. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be provided via email and we are not responsible for USPS shipping delays, damage, or loss. Refund Policy

Items may be returned within 5 days of receiving due to defects in merchandise for a full refund minus shipping costs. After 5 days up to 10 days, items may be exchanged for purchase credit equal to but not greater than the value of the item, not including shipping costs. Due to health/safety issues, masks are not returnable for any reason.
