For the best look, prep your lips by using a lip scrub and removing dead skin from you lips first. Then use the lipgloss bond provided or a matte liquid lipstick (before it dries) and the applicator to dab the glitter onto your lips. Double check for spots missed. Follow up with a brush to dust away extra glitter.
