Shipping Policy
Most products are made to order and ship within 2-7 business days. Stickers and greeting cards ship within 1-3 business days. Orders may ship in multiple packages and you will receive a tracking number for each.
Refund Policy
All items are FINAL SALE. Products are made to order thus cannot be refunded. In the rare event that your item is misprinted or damaged during shipping, please email SheaArtDesign@gmail.com within 36 hours of receiving the package. Photos of the damaged packaging and items are required as proof. You must keep the original packaging and its containments until we reach a resolution.
