TSL FLEX is a full body weightlifting and muscle building program that requires 2-3 gym sessions per week with Light Activity “LA Days” to help promote faster results. It is phased into 3 progressive cycles to make sure you’ll never see a plateau. It is 12 week program from start to finish.
You will likely need gym equipment to complete the exercises.
