Investment piece! This is a 100% charmeuse silk, vintage blouse in what I’d describe as the color periwinkle. It is truly unique and there are 8 shell, covered buttons. 6 up the front and 1 on each sleeve. The top is flawless vintage with no fading, discolorations, or rubbing.
