Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States. All measures (insulated packaging, gel packs with orders in June -September, etc) will be taken to help ensure your items arrive in proper condition. Once the items are shipped, please pick up items immediately as items are temperature sensitive. Escapes By E.K. is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged from shipping or being left outside. For any other inquiries please contact us.
Refund Policy
Exchanges will be honored only if items are received in error, defective and unburned/unused. This includes the gel packs sent if included in packaging. Please contact us upon item arrival with any concerns and an accompanying photo to escapesbyek@gmail.com. Approved customer exchanges must ship item(s) back within 7 calendar days for an exchange of unburned candles. Customers are responsible for any cost associated with shipping of approved exchanges. No returns/refunds are available at this time but please contact us and we will work to make things right. Due to the nature of our products, the items cannot be returned or exchanged.
